Yes, once the price of Bitcoin starts increasing automatically all the potential coins will follow the Bitcoin and it will be very easy for those coins to cross more than 5x. So it is always good to wait for the Bitcoin price to recover before expecting any profit on your investment.

The only question is whether investors will wait for their profits. To at least return the funds that they invested in certain coins in due time. After all, many more than a year sitting at a loss.
