The first thing that comes to my mind with this topic is that you forgot that it is time to eat or you just really forgot to eat. Whenever you are in a market that is so active, you dont want to miss any minute or second of their movements that it made me check coinmarketcap every 5-10 minutes. And because the bear market happened last year that it made me a healthy person again.

For sure it is important to take good care of our health even if we are in trading because, those who get in so deep for trading and they forget to drink water or to eat food, in bear market we only wait and we can do all other things so it makes us healthy and it gives us life security, trading is such profitable way to make money you only needs to stay clear and wise.
