ICO address should be seen by their investors (if there is none, how could they earn money through their ICO?). I know it has many reasons why they don't want to publish it, and one of the reason is they were afraid if their ICO address got hacked. About their ICO process, i think they must be updated it when their ICO still running, or why don't you ask them throught their email?
