Things will be considered illegal if there are laws that were broken. Maybe you are talking here of morality\integrity where in a whole family is gambling in a single table and a chance that non members of the family would be cheated on the game.

Yes.Its the integrity of the family itself.I admit i was really a gambler but honestly,i don't want my family to do the same way too.Gambling is such a risky thing and if you cannot control yourself from always gambling,then it will definitely ruin your whole life.So as much as possible,they should stay away from gambling.
