I haven't heard of the site, and whether or not they are legit but it's explicitely stated that it will be withdrawn to your external wallet once it reaches 0.01BTC..
Is there a possibility of lowering it? (Or do they also process payments lower than 0.01 manually?)

Not saying you're lying here, just playing the devils advocate, as their site sure does look pretty sketchy.

Yep. Most likely a scam now that i look through those accusations, (or just really, really bad customer support, in which case you're better off using any other payment processor anyway).
