1: having a beautiful and professional looking website doesn't mean that is not a scam. Most scammers do have very well designed websites and look very legit. That's how they deceive the users.
2: If the threshold of 0.01 BTC is reached for long time and the payment is not coming to your wallet that means they are 99.9% scammers. only 0.01% chance that maybe there is some other issue and they fix it soon. Have you tried contacting their support and ask about your issue ?
