No, it doesn't. You were using multiple accounts and VPNs to claim more than 1 free roll per hour which is stealing from the faucet. You also self-referred those accounts to steal from the referral program. I rightly banned you for that theft. Someone going to the site from a different browser and being given a tempory account will log out and then log into their own account.
