Yours is understandable because you are a salary earner and the purpose for which you are being paid is for the work you have done, and you can take you money at any time, but for investors, I dont think it will be the right time to quit now, we might assume that the market will fall and it will take another turn.

We should not really worry about the fluctuation in price now, since they are not traders, the best quitting time should be when the ATH of BTC has been reached. I believe that the price of BTC may not fall again because at every little dip, there is always a standby bull that will invest and support the market back.
