How come i can't set the VDDC lower than 900mv? seems like stuck at 900 lowest

GPU P7 830MHz/ HBM P3 850MHz --> 0.825V
GPU P7 850MHz/ HBM P3 860Mhz --> 0.8375V
GPU P7 850MHz/ HBM P3 880MHz --> 0.85V

what vega?56/64? samsung/hynix?

Good for both 56@64 bios and 64.
I think this should work with hynix mem bc it sets only the GPU voltage.
