Even if someone is inteding to invest in IEO on a little-known exchange it would be better first to see only the results of current one. And if they are good enough with a high profit and without scamming then you could try to participate once. Anyway, it's a risky business that should be done at the sole discretion.

The fact is that today investors have become very cautious, because over the past year and a half the investment fund of the cryptocurrency market has lost a lot of money. Investors lost their funds because of scammers and because of non-professional teams that ineptly spent ico company. Based on this, they will make the right choice with extreme caution.
