I, myself, wagered beyond that amount each day thinking I would get something and when I only got the "special" reward 1 day during the promotion I chucked it off as 'their system is f'n broken' (those who have played this game with bitcasino in the past know what im talking about. Sometimes they dont give their rewards out and just say you didnt complete the terms when you know damn well you did).
They are just trying to save face, but we know what their intentions were.
Hopefully this is the last time this will ever happen at bitcasino. Fool me once shame on you. Fool me twice shame on me.

Other sites grovel at my feet to keep me depositing, while bitcasino opens, and holds the door for me to leave. BAD

Hey guys, just in case you missed my previous comment about the Easter promo, I explained it was a mistake on our side which our promotional team fixed at 11 am GMT, after we received feedback from the players.

To be super clear, terms & conditions were not changed, instead clarified as they just werent clear enough, we know that now.
Once again, hands up, the entire Bitcasino team and I would like to apologise for that.

Also, I can promise that we've never had and never will have any intention to scam any player of ours in any kind of way, be it related to withdrawals or promotional content.
Weve been around for a fair few years now and have done that by keeping our players at the centre of our universe.

Every day we work to make that a reality, this was a genuine one-time error and weve made sure to make it up to those who felt the t&cs unfair and came forward to us about it.

Cmon, you guys have a checkered history. There are more complaints against this bitcoin casino than any others. Everything about this casino has gone to crap over the past couple of years.

We've cleared all the scam accusations towards us on this forum. In case people have not been satisfied with the decision made, we have forwarded them to use AskGamblers mediation service where all the complains towards us have been resolved - also they're free to contact our license holder in case they're not happy to use AskGamblers service.

We can also see a spike on scam accusations when we discover a fraudulent activity on accounts. And surprisingly quite often it has been a whole team of people behind these fraud attempts - not just one person.

Anyway, that's a whole different topic than the Easter promo above.
