You can check addresses and see for yourself, however I can tell that they paid the winners and lost a good bit till now.
Profits for gamblers are lowered but in exchange the wager for tickets is pretty cool.

Here you can find the guide:

1. Install the Coinbase Wallet application from the App Store (link) or Google Play (link).
2. Inside the application, create a wallet or connect an existing one if you have already registered.
3. Go to the dapps section. It is located on the bottom navigation bar.

4. In the search bar type ethex.bet.
5. Enjoy the game! You will have access to all the functionality, including the chat. Wink

Will there be more ways than coinbase? Like blockchain.com or enjin wallet.
Coinbase is pretty cool and it makes it very easy to play but I cannot access my account for a while since few unconveniences.
