One of the main mistakes when working on the crypto market is to sell your tokens during a period of mass panic. Personally, I recommend, if possible, to maintain patience and continue to hodl their tokens. Many of them will improve their positions, so I continue to buy good coins.
I agree that when the market panic , it is better to suffer and wait for the rebound when the coin starts to recover a little , you can not panic in the market because you can lose all funds
When market conditions are falling, you should not force yourself to sell because you will most likely suffer losses. Unless you are good at short-term trading.
