I don't know if the negative trust will affect the credibility of your lottery site. But anyway, you didn't scam any of them, so life moves on. If you will show to them the sincerity all throughout your existence here, they might change their minds.

Unfortunately we think that the red trust will harm us a lot, while we have done nothing wrong. We are willing to use an escrow to take the risk away from the investors, so hopefully we can gain back the trust and they might remove their red trust.

If not, than we might shut down our doors for a while and work on a better marketing strategy for a relaunch.

That's the one that you should have done before you got red trust, unfortunately you did not mention about escrow on your first offer while you have not done any trades previously so it sounds fishy to see someone asking for investment he/she has no trades history at all. I think you can start to talk to the one who gives you the negative trust, hopefully they will understand the situation and remove the negative trust.
