No, it won't even work with the V9 since they used a bastardised version of cgminer.
You need the latest from the master cgminer git. https://github.com/ckolivas/cgminer
No windows versions since google kept trying to flag all windows binaries as viruses.

A 15gh miner is as luck as 15gh. All miners are only as lucky as their hashrate; nothing more, nothing less.
