Just curious about when the next block reward or emission decrease for veil?

Is it safe to keep all our coin in the wallet because what was the % we are going to get the staking rewards, is there any restriction how much coin we have to hold in the wallet? How many days it is taking for the block reward because most of the companies will take 1 month time on the basis of their holding.
