No, it's still not recommended to use blockchain as a wallet because it's an online wallet and you dont have full control of your private key unlike before.
The only recommended wallet for bitcoin cash I think is Electron wallet or a hardware wallet if you want to store your bitcoin cash for a long time.

Even you are using 2fa on the blockchain it still not safe to use there are many people complain about their wallet and most of them are scam and security problem or hacked that blockchain support doesn't help so use a wallet which you have full control over the private keys.
