Investing half the amount in newly launched ICO is pretty risky

For new ICO, i would maximum put 20%, even if they are really good and genuine
Especially with project nowadays, they valuated their own project too high which their token couldn't really catch up in their ICO price

I would probably not include any ICO in the list of the options. Now, when the market is getting up after the shock, the new projects may not survive. It is better to invest in Bitcoin.

Bitcoin is definitely the better abs the safest investment as cryptocurrency is concern but I want you to know that not all new project won't survive the dump/market correction because we still have some genuine new project and we shouldn't let the situation of some previous new project discourage us in trying new things. However, the crypto is currently in good status.
