I understand and i somewhat experience this situation and now i tend to stay away from casino because i dont have self-control. I learned to accept losses because chasing it will only lead me to more losses which will sink into me when i spent all my money.
I'm happy for you because you learned how to control yourself by stopping and staying away from gambling. To be honest, there are times that I'm getting greedy when I'm gambling especially when I'm losing money. My mistake is I don't know how t stop myself when I'm losing but that is when I'm a beginner. Now I can control myself already. Just be disciplined and self control Smiley.
Learning from our mistakes is important, that shows we are matured enough to accept our defeat and adopt with a new strategy to still enjoy gambling but being able to limit our loses. Discipline will help us do it, not only in the losing situation but also in the winning situation.
Healthy person will always have a motivation to change the mistakes that he made before. Especially in gambling, just 1% you will avoided to do a mistake and the rest 99% some gambler will do a mistake thing. I always make an evaluation when I have played a gambling, either the money thing, strategy and psychology thing cause these factors will guide me to make profit or to make my money loss, so these are very important to make an evaluation in order to when I play again later I won't do a same mistake and by the way this way works for me.
