If you get profit then sell is a profitable thing, but if you are still losing money then hold and be patient is a better thing, I am always sure that the market will recover soon so I continue to be patient.
I don't thing now are right time to sell your have balance on wallet, because price aren't happen anything today. I bought at 3 Month ago and only got 10% upping price. This situation are different at 2017 ago, can be better. I thing of mine self were Profit is 100% value.
