I think there are still a lot of good ICOs even when market conditions are red, I always selectively choose ICO which is good because I'm not used to daily trading.

Actually while investing in ICO, try also to buy cheap altcoins now in the market, they were down and still has not recovered, this strategy is easier to make money in short term than buying coins in ICO.

I think it is good to buy cheap altcoins. Because if they get increase, or maybe (for me) at least they already listed on market. Because ICO nowadays really hard to enter and listed in big market and will stuck in it.
