How this works, organization "A" donates to organization "B" and then organization "B" donates back to organization "A" while organization "A" sells investment thingies which are used for organization "B" and "A"?

Buying seats to receive dividend, 75% to investards sounds like security to me. I don't think anyone can do "buy it to receive fix 75% donations" and call it donation, it is not donation any more.
