If you have an addiction, then you will do anything that you will surely happy in circle everyday. You will just do the same thing over and over everyday, same as real life jobs where you do same shit everyday.
not only you but also me and everyone of us that here on crypto , we all feel what the op feels . crypto is a like a drug because its addicted . anything that related to crypto is addictive but we can still do something to combat that addiction . we need to prioritize our health and our personal life from cryptos .
Same as real life jobs, you need a break after stressful work on weekdays.
For me to be honest trading gives us mental relaxation and it helps us to reduce all the tensions and stress we get from our daily job, so trading made me good person it made my life really calm and patient because I have practiced patience and holding even when no one was willing to hold but I holed and I am a happy now so trading made me patient person.
