Trading is unhealthy as to trade you have to concentrate mentally, physically, you have to control your emotion, when you will made loss it will make you suffer mentally and emotionally.

Every job is unhealthy in some way, especially if you are working more than 5 hours. Sitting, running, carrying things, calculating, writing, when you do it all the time it will take a lot from you, physically and psychically! Bottom line is that do not overdo it, what ever you are doing. If you do there will be consequences, of some kind, depends what you did and how you did it.

You are right but I think there is no job which can give too much pressure you mentally. Mental pressure is the main problem on trading it will create pressure when you are in loss at the same way it will create pressure when you are in profit.
