They are un responsive and seem to be in total scam mode. Chat is full of desperate people losing coin non stop. They re opened our wallet on the old chain as a scam. People send in coin and it never arrives. We are not responsible for lost coin sent to Yobit and we are looking at filing a report with local authorities in Russia about their non-stop theft of coin from people and no response after months of tickets.
