hi, more than a year ago I lost access to several sites, including yours, two months ago, recover the access of the mail of an account that used as a bank and request if from that account if they could restore me access to my main account.

I saw that two withdrawals of money that had been made were canceled but the funds did not return to the account. and I asked if they could return them.

I don't know what is the reality and either you are telling truth but if they really ban you then there might have various reason and inactive for a long time might be one of the reason. Beside this I think you have not provided right info.
We are not capable of judging the situation based on statements of one side. Sometimes multiple accounts are used against the terms&conditions of gambling site.
You are right for this only team may make decision we can just give idea or take idea. There might have anything happen where there might have mistake of a user, so better to wait response from the team.
