I've found a project named AfriHealth which offers HealthCare Services in Africa itself. Considering the fact that Africa is not the most well developed nor well-equipped country with regards to health care, I've gotta admit that the project is quite well done. It tackled one of the problems that Africa currently needs to be resolved in.
