Thanks for the clarification, I wasn't sure what level of authority you had for Bans on your boards. I've updated that section to reflect this.

The patrollers can handle newbies all-over the forum, the local mods can do it only in their local boards, global mods can ban everyone despite the rank, but I guess only Theymos and Cyrus can Nuke a Legendary, in other words nuking higher ranked members.

Thanks for clearing that up I'll add them in. That makes me curious have they ever nuked a Legendary, seems unlikely. They tend to leave most content visible despite a user being banned.
