They have stopped responding of your query, what response you received last time when you received you money back (refund) which you had deposited? I think sportsbet should give more details about how this user violated the terms and conditions. Since this user is talking about the clause 16.1 where there are many points under it, so I think it should be clear which point(s) are related to this user. Anyway it is good to know that Sportsbet gave the deposited money back.
I do not mean to support this user but I just talk in general as a regular player who may face similar issue in the future (hopefully not).
