I mean, can we really stop scammer from doing their actions, instead of just to make an allegations and burst them? Like, we don't give any chance for scammer to be exist here, and make this forum completely clean.

We cant stop scammer because they come with varieties of strategy which it cant be unravel early sometime but for us to eliminate or minimize them we need to work today and we need the forum moderators help either. I mean there should be a forum rules and regulation analysis for every new project before they are posted on the forum just like the exchange site do the IEO examination of every new project.

I actually supported your idea since every new project post will go through some process of verification by the forum moderators before the thread come to live but how can the forum moderators know the actually thread which need to be verify before they are posted?
