Truth. Some people will still panic no matter what sometimes though, but it's ok. As Bitcoin stabilize more then it will be a lot easier for people to control their emotions and especially don't let emotions control them.

Now in the really far future it will probably be really easy to keep your cool but at the time we will probably be the ones telling stories about when i was about your age i was doing this and that. I think that boring kids with the story of how Bitcoin was so unstable before and people used to say it was a scam will be good entertainment.
