I think that now it is impossible to say something unequivocally, because the cryptocurrency market showed quite good growth rates from the very beginning of 2019, but a decline over the last 24 hours can level the latest results.

We all hope that 2019 would atleast give us much good progress, but not all traders think of that way and just sell even in a not so big increase, and we can't blame them. We just need to be updated and see how it goes to not lose too much.
