It is hard to trust ICO and IEO's these days.
If you still want to invest you should be ready to spend time researching about them .
There is already some ICO review sites that you could use to choose which one to invest but be really careful.
It would be hard to find a good project that is going to stick with their road map these days.

It not every new project (ICO or IEO) that are actually a scam and if the above user know what to look out for when investing into new project there's no need to do an in depth research about every new project before investing. However, most of review site can't be trusted because the review sites were paid some money for their services.
