If the drop in price of the coin as at the time you noticed it was a sharp one, then a whale must be in Action there, then the project has already long been gone and simply being used as a pump and dump coin, so it is better you stay away from such project so you dint end up adding another shitcoins to your bag.

I will advise you research more on these projects that are within the top 20, we still have some very cheap ones you can buy that will give you a very high increase in the next bull run, so better you take your chances on these ones. You're definitely right.. it's best I look the other way... since the drop was a sharp one.. and it led to panics.. which other smaller holders also dumped their coins
