This forum alone is full of people who claim the same thing, their tickets get ignored or unanswered, what's the solution, opening ticket number 43343 to remind support of ticket 43334 ?

It's not like they come here to find a miraculous cure, they came here to warn that there are problems with your exchange and your staff, and you're doing nothing other than trying to play cool by asking them to contact your useless support again.

And even if they do provide you a ticket number check your official topic to see what answers they get back!!!!!
