Yes, if you see the cryptocurrency growth value in this month, you will see some sign of the recover from long bear market.
BTC value was surpassing above $7k from below $6k in this month, and the other altcoins as well.
So yes, it is a good time to buy some good top coins to hold at least until the end of this year.

So there is much to smell and if you can smell, there are great chances altcoins would go up. Top altcoins are far more likely to gain good value and hence give back returns than those in the bottom. In addition, the bull run is pretty well set and that is enough evidence and motivation to invest in altcoin. ETH and BNB are gaining big weights.
