Is a good advice I most confess, but not every trader will have this mindsets, basically I will recommend that one gets to also study how to interpret the charts and as well having a good FA and TA.

It is basically called to buy the rumour and sell the news. If everyone is aware of expected good news then traders jump to the bull boat as soon as possible in order to take the high prices. In another case, market makers turn the markets upside down and everyone fall the dips.
