Edit: marketing with tipbot Imagine someone going around with 20-50k nxt and gives every user a 1nxt tip they see, it would surely make most of them to atleast try out/redeem the nxt. But would be better after lowering the fee to 0.1nxt first.

Tipping with 0.1 NXT fee would be nice, yes.

If we want to get new users through tipping, the client installation has to be a few clicks affair, on par with altcoins, because the Average Joe will not bother installing java, making a .bat file and using a browser client, don't you think? Other than that, I think tipping could be a major marketing tool.

I think DGex's Offspring Client is good enough for the starters as a one click installer as long as they have java, and almost all computers would have java installed.
