I have never seen an ico rating because everything can be manipulated, sometimes the ico rating is high, but when their sales fail.

Have same opinion, i think ICO rating sometime can be paid to make positive review about project and make it hyped. So it is better to make analyze by ourself or if we face any problem to analyze, use forum opinion to review a project can be good to do.
