But the problem is that projects that conduct IEO on exchanges do not need advertising, or allocate very little money for bounty hunters.

The IEO already has an Exchange partner and does not require a bounty hunter, if an IEO organizes a Bounty campaign as you said the allocation of prizes for participants must be very little. 2019 Bounty is very sad, all participants are confused looking for income from there.

It's time to stop being a hunter, why not try to become an IEO investor and get involved with sales.
I think bounty hunters must have a good plan and don't focus too much on bounty.
