What is it with Turner and profanities? Why is he just not relaxing and taking it easy?

If it really is a case of "external" contractors that designed the whitepaper and used fake images and created a fake team, it cannot negate the fact that Turner was the head of the project and he is liable for putting it out there.

What sort of CEO allows for promotion and investment material to be sent out without even proof-reading it and authorising it?
