After the Binance hack, I no longer use Binance. Delayed withdraws, hacks, ect. I just don't want to deal with them anymore. HitBTC is not a recommended exchange. Binance is way better than HitBTC though they have been hacked recently because they handled it smoothly without putting the risk on the customers' side. HitBTC also known for withdrawal delays, high withdrawal fees for certain coins as well as account freezes without valid reasons.

Out of the exchanges I have used so far, Bitstamp is the one that satisfied me. They have decent withdrawal times for all coins and never faced any issue so far.
But if you want an exchange that doesn't ask your KYC details, then it is not the exchange for you.

Oh I remember back then when I used HitBTC, I have to wait for about 3 days just to get my withdrawal and additionally their market has low demands, maybe people still prefer other exchanges.
