The reply of Bitcoincasino.com sounds convincing to me. If a user mixed something up, imposed some limits on one's own gambling, and blamed the website for it, it does not sound right. Moreover, I believe the payment was successfully processed, so there's no reason to open a scam accusation. So far this casino really seems to do its best with establishing a good reputation, investing in promotion and maintaining a solid-looking website. Since the website is new, it is really important how such early disputes are resolved.
Op, perhaps you'd like to say something in response, reevaluate the review you've made? I agree that given a long post, I might have not noticed some important things where the casino was actually wrong. Could you make a short summary of what's unresolved/suspicious now?
Thank you for your consideration. In this case, the withdrawal request triggered a cancellation of the bonus attached to the deposit. However, we did credit the bonus retroactively and manually at a later date when the player lifted his own self-imposed limits and made another .002 BTC deposit. This was after his .320 ETH balance was refunded, in full. We sincerely hope that Bitcoin Casino and the player can come to an understanding. We mean no harm and do our best to accommodate self-imposed limits and Responsible Gambling behavior. ❤️
