They are off the list for inconsistencies in paying out. Sometimes they payout and sometimes people fail to get a payout and still get their balances cleared out.
I have been monitoring them and am getting close to a payout. I may give them a second, or actually third, chance and put them back on the list if I am successful in getting a payout. If they fail again after that they will be off the list for good.

hmm the problem is inconsistencies in paying out. let me see again when another pay out for me, i hope they still paying out. And i'll update again when i have paid.
