No, this is a Tier 4 data center.

IANAE (I am not an electrician) but I'd guess running a residential 20 amp circuit at 80% capacity, you'd need 6 - 7 circuits to run the full stack, maybe 8 is you couldn't nail the 16amp 80% target equally among 7 circuits.
