Don't expect much of a breakout until Bitcoin breaks the last all time high. We all know that People won't start buying massively until the fomo starts to kick in. In fact we can expect most of the altcoins to go lower on btc value as bitcoin runs higher in price.

It will start doing that before the real bounce for the alts community, bitcoin pumped will be a good indicators to buy more alts preparing yourself to hold quality project in order to have a decent profits, waves would have its own time by buying and storing inside a safe wallet and wait till everything around has been pumped up.
