Miscellaneous:
I believe with all the evidences laid out there and 2 user found out permanently banned, I guess all of this members have violated the rule of the forum on ban evasion. They should be banned as well, and as I can see too, those accounts are actively participating on bounty campaigns and fair guess using alt accounts to join on same campaigns. This should be reported to a global mod if there's a violation of evading the ban, am I right?

these two accounts are connected and it only takes 2 menits to edit or remove traces.
if traced back by that address, there are many other connected alts.
