This PRE-STO phase we are more focused on networking with “none professional institutional” investors as our concept is to bring the Mine where it is today to “international standards” needed to make the stock market listing (IPO “Initial Public offering” or more common RTO “Reverse takeover”). As without the “International standards” the “institutional investors” and/or “IPO/RTO” will discount the project considerably. According to an acceptable formula in the mining industry of 20% to 30% of the total Blue Hill Mine resources at current market value, the tokens can potentially increase by a factor of 334 times (once the 8 years of geological works already performed are proven to “international standards”). That will place the profits in the hands of the token holders rather than the institutional companies. On completion of the “International standards” and BHM STO, the buyback plan will be activated which is to buyback the tokens once the underlying value of BHM reach US$30 via a (RTO) listing on the Toronto stock market.
