This is a completely true statement. I dont understand why everyone persistently mines only Bitcoin and Ethereum, when you can make huge money on new coins.

they do it because it's easier (more documentation online) and they don't want to bare with the risks of mining new launches or shitcoins (malwares, risk of losing all the investment, so forth and so on...)
in the end: the wild west is not for everybody.
