This is the summary of the people I make have ranked-up, needing merits in the process to do so (data as of last Friday I can change the image this evening when I process this weeks data):

The data is accessible using the Merit Dashboard (tab labelled Ranked-up). Example of interpretation: 13 Hero Members (during Merit System kick-off) have ranked-up to Legendary (needing merits to do so).

I can't believe any new era newbie haven't still ranked to Hero.
I am one of those 34 Old Era NewBie crawling up to Hero Status!
